Our Capabilities

Our capabilities may be broken down into four primary production groups: CNC processing, mold making, sheet metal processing, and welding. We work with industries ranging from Agriculture and Construction, Automotive, Household appliances, Filtration, Rail trains, and Warehouse equipment.

At Isaac Machinery, we take pride in our extensive capabilities that allow us to meet and exceed the unique requirements of our clients. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including 26 CNC precision lathes, 4 machining centers, 5 CNC front-feeding automatic lathes, 3 high-performance stamping machines, 3 precision injection machines, etc. This robust infrastructure enables us to tackle projects of varying complexity with utmost precision and efficiency. We have created solutions for some of the most demanding applications including gearbox accessories and assembly for tractors, Lever Assy Gear Shift by welding and assembly for tractors, heavy-duty truck tow hooks for construction truck trailer components by stamping mold making, coffee maker body and extractor bar. In addition to developing custom products, we also offer parts surface treatment, welding, and assembly services for client’s requirements.

Our plant optimizes resource use by implementing recycling programs for metal scrap, waste materials, and packaging; optimizing material usage, and minimizing material waste through process improvements.
