The improvement of the pouring system is an extremely critical step in the optimization and improvement of injection molds, and it has a huge impact on the quality of the product. The position of the main flow outlet of the pouring system is in the direction of contact between the nozzle and the cavity. The turning of the diverter should be kept smooth and without protrusions. For longer diverters, cold materials should be loaded at the tail where the pouring gate and the diverter are connected. This is done to prevent the solidification of the molten material from obstructing the pipeline. The location of the gate and how to set the gate are very important. This directly affects whether the mold can complete better filling during the design process, whether the qualified parts produced are qualified, and how long the mold can be used after production.

Coffee machines on the market are mainly divided into three types: American (traditional drip) coffee machines, Italian (high-pressure pump) coffee machines, and capsule coffee machines. The entire structure of a fully automatic coffee machine is mainly composed of four parts: grinding system, water tank water supply system, boiler heating and insulation system, and extraction system.

The water tank water supply system consists of a water inlet, a water tank, a water level sensor, etc. The water tank is made of injection molds. Users can choose a large cup of coffee, a medium cup of coffee, or a small cup of coffee according to their preferences. An operation panel is designed for human-computer interaction, realizing three major functions: coffee concentration control, coffee flow control (large cup of coffee, medium cup of coffee, small cup of coffee), and automatic heat preservation control.
